Flash helped define the early web and my ActionScript skills helped me land one of the best jobs I ever had. Sad to see those days gone, but Flash was also a buggy, insecure, resource hog that Adobe never invested in improving.
This is a third party vendor trying to show their worth but clearly has no idea what they’re doing. Adobe probably pays Incopro an ungodly amount of money.
Seems to me it’s a bot scanning for the keywords “download Adobe”. I wouldn’t say they have no idea what they’re doing, they just don’t care enough to make the process less harassing. I mean, why would they?
Feels like more of a focus on building a credible cryptocurrency than anything else. I’d gladly donate compute time to a truly decentralized search platform that didn’t include crypto and an ad network.
